The Communities of Sterling Gate

The Communities of Sterling Gate is where family is important and number one with the developers, Mary Roensch and her sister Janet Standridge.  The development began in 1995 and currently has over 400 homes built.  Once the development is completed Sterling Gate plans on having 650 to 750 homes.  They pride themselves in having built a place for families.  There is an old saying “A house is a house but a home is where family lives!” 

Numerous Sub-divisions make up the communities of Sterling Gate.  Each of these sub-divisions consists of various types of structures.  The goal of the developer is to bring all of them together making one large community which shares a pool and tennis club as well as a walking trail.

Currently the developers have enlisted Neighborhood Management, LLC to assist with the arduous task of helping to insure that Covenants are followed and that the beauty of the planned communities are maintained to the fullest.  Neighborhood Management, LLC will maintain all of this until the Developers turns it over to a Home Owners Association. 

Because Mary and Janet wanted us to have an informed community, they have purchased the web-site domain name and hired someone to make all of this happen.  The information on the site will be monitored with updates happening on the 1st and the 15th of the each month.
